Refund Policy
Within 7 days, appeal not yet submitted: Full refund available if the recovery plan isn't actionable or relevant to your suspension. Request it via the in-app Request Refund button within 7 days of purchase. Viewing and downloading your plan does not void this — you need to evaluate it.
After you submit your appeal: No refund, as the recovery work is complete once your appeal has been submitted to the platform using your generated draft. The platform's decision is theirs alone.
Technical issues: If you experience a technical failure that prevents product delivery, contact support for resolution. We will fix the issue or process a refund.
Coupon-applied purchases: Refund amount is limited to the amount actually paid after any discount or coupon was applied.
