Most appeal tools take your money no matter what happens. We don't. Here's exactly what we guarantee — and what no honest tool can.
What does “winnable” actually mean?
“Winnable” means our diagnosis found a realistic appeal path for your specific suspension type. It is not a promise that the platform will reinstate your account — that decision belongs to the platform alone, and no honest tool can sell you a guaranteed outcome.
Here's the sequence: the diagnosis is free for everyone. If it shows your case has no realistic appeal route, checkout is blocked and you pay nothing. If a real path exists, you pay for the recovery plan, evidence checklist, and appeal draft — before the platform makes its decision. What you're buying is the plan and the appeal, and those are covered by the 7-day refund below if they aren't useful.
Promise 1 — The Winnable Case Guarantee (all tiers)
If our pre-checkout safety filter determines your suspension is unrecoverable, you will not be charged. You'll see the diagnostic result for free. This applies to every tier of Suspension Scanner — Basic ($49), Guided ($89), and Architect ($199).
Promise 2 — The Plan Quality Guarantee (all tiers)
If the recovery plan we deliver isn't actionable or relevant to your suspension notice, request a full refund within 7 days. No questions asked. This applies at every tier — same protection whether you paid $49, $89, or $199.
This guarantee applies as long as you have not yet submitted your appeal to the platform using our generated draft. Once you've used our system to generate and submit your final appeal, the recovery work is complete.
Promise 3 — Honesty
We do not guarantee Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, or any platform's decision. No tool can. The platform decides whether to reinstate you. We guarantee the quality of our diagnostic, the relevance of our recovery plan, and the integrity of our process. The platforms guarantee theirs.
