DIAGNOSIS ENGINE

Understand the exact suspension type before taking action.

Appeal Architect uses deterministic classification logic to map suspension messages to known failure types, confidence bands, risk levels, and recommended action paths.

STRUCTURED PROCESS

One system. Defined stages.

Diagnosis, evidence requirements, drafting, and safety controls are separated so that each stage has one clear responsibility.

Classify
Identify the case type, confidence, and risk.
Validate
Check whether required evidence is ready.
Execute
Proceed using confirmation gates and safety controls.
01

How the diagnosis engine works

When a suspension notification is entered into the scanner, the system first identifies the source platform using message structure, language patterns, formatting, and sender indicators. The message is then evaluated against the platform's known failure taxonomy. The output includes a structured classification, confidence level, risk band, and recommended next step.

02

Why deterministic classification matters

The classification process is designed to return consistent results for the same input. The system does not rely on open-ended AI opinion to determine the suspension type.

03

Confidence and risk scoring

Confidence bands communicate how strongly the message matches a known case type. Risk scoring helps determine whether the case should proceed, pause, or require more information.
