Appeal Architect provides diagnostic and compliance guidance for platform suspension recovery. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following refund terms:
Eligibility for refund
Refunds are available ONLY when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- You have NOT accessed, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed the protocol, appeal draft, evidence checklist, or any other deliverable purchased
- You submit the refund request through the in-app "Request Refund" button (not via chargeback, email, or third-party dispute)
Automatic refunds
Refunds are issued automatically and without request when:
- Our system detects your case as a terminal refusal (unappealable platform decision) BEFORE checkout completes. In this case, no payment is taken.
- Our payment processor confirms a duplicate charge for the same case.
No refunds
Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances when:
- You have accessed any deliverable (protocol, appeal draft, evidence checklist, scan results, or any other digital content)
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- The platform (Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) declined your appeal — we do not guarantee reinstatement and outcomes depend entirely on the platform's decision
- You changed your mind, no longer need the service, or believe you could have appealed without our help
- You believe our diagnostic was incorrect — disputed diagnostics are reviewed via our Diagnostic Quality Review process, not via refunds
Shield Monitor subscription refunds
Shield Monitor monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime via Account Settings → Subscriptions.
Chargeback policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly through the in-app refund flow will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account
- Loss of access to any deliverables (protocol, appeal drafts, evidence files)
- Reporting to chargeback prevention networks used by SaaS providers
- Recovery of disputed amounts plus a $50 chargeback processing fee through small claims court if necessary
We respond to all in-app refund requests within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will be defended with complete documentation including:
- •Timestamped record of every acknowledgment and checkbox you accepted
- •Server logs of every deliverable you accessed
- •IP address and device fingerprint of your purchase and access sessions
- •Email delivery confirmation of all receipts and notifications
