About Appeal Architect
I built Appeal Architect because I kept watching the same pattern repeat itself.
A small business owner gets suspended overnight. They're panicked. They go to Google. Their options:
- $5–$500 Fiverr appeals that use templates the platforms have seen 10,000 times
- $2,500–$5,000 consultants with 3-day queues
- AI tools that generate emotional pleas the platforms reject on sight
- $15,000+ lawyers who only take cases worth the fee
Almost nothing structured in between. Almost nothing that respects how the platforms actually evaluate appeals.
So I built it.
Appeal Architect is recovery infrastructure across 9 live platforms — Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, eBay, and more, with additional platforms in verification. It's built on 153 platform-specific rule sets and 894 verified protocol steps. Every appeal goes through structured validation — evidence, tone, sequencing, timing — before you ever submit.
We tell you free if your case is winnable. We give you a 7-day refund at every tier if our recovery plan isn't useful. We don't promise what no honest tool can promise — we don't control the platform's decision. But we guarantee the quality of our work.
This is a one-person operation. I'm not a venture-backed agency with 50 staff. I'm a solo founder who got tired of watching small business owners get destroyed by templated appeals and overpriced lawyers — so I built the structured tool that should have existed years ago.
